Once you provide True Power with your zip code, you will see all of your options on our products page. You will be able to review all available products by term and cost and see any fees associated to the product.

A switch is when you change electricity providers for your current address. A move-out is when you move into a new address. If you move-out before your contract is set to expire, speak to one of our Customer Care agents to schedule a transfer of service.

No, when you sign up with True Power, we will notify your utility that you have switched. You do not have to contact your current electric provider but remember that you will be responsible for any termination penalties from your current provider if you break an existing contract.

Once you are approved for service with True Power, you shall receive a Welcome Letter or Email stating your selected plan, term and rate. You will also receive an Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer document. The Electricity Facts Label identifies rates and fees for your selected plan. The Terms of Service provides you with details and other specified fees for your service with True Power. And Your Rights as a Customer explains what your options are as a customer regarding your service with True Power.
